THE REMOVABLE, IMPLANT PROSTHODONTIC STANDARD OF CARE
The 2002 McGill consensus statement, recommending mandibular two-implant overdentures as the first-choice standard of care for edentulous patients, ushered in a new era of care for patients who had struggled for many years with conventional prostheses.
This program will provide general dentists with a profound understanding of what it means to be completely edentulous as well as how patients with a terminal dentition can benefit from the transition to an implant retained overdenture.
A series of case histories will highlight the diagnostic criteria, treatment planning sequence of care and the associated maintenance involved in providing this treatment modality.

- Apply the principles discussed during the didactic sessions through a hands-on training exercise
Cancellation Policy
Genesis Continuing Dental Education reserves the right to cancel any course at any time. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to each participant. Reimbursement will not be provided for any other expenses associated with registration. Costs incurred for travel and hotel accommodations remain the responsibility of each participant.
Participants who cancel more than 60 days prior to the course start date will receive a full refund. Participants who cancel less than 60 days but more than 30 days prior to the course start date are entitled to a refund minus an administrative fee of $100 for courses with tuition of more than $1000 or $50 for courses with tuition less than $1000.
Participants who cancel less than 30 days prior to the course start date are not entitled to a refund. All course cancellation requests must be sent in writing to courses@genesiseducation.ca.
