Presenting dental treatment to patients can be uncomfortable and often quite intimidating yet is absolutely essential for the financial well-being ofany dental practice. So much is depending on the outcome. Many of us have been put in this role without any formal training or guidance, with little or no tools at our disposal. This course is designed to provide an environment of education and support for team members that are asked to present treatment to patients. Best practices will be discussed and considered, as well as ways to develop in-office protocols that will maximize your chance of success.

Genesis Continuing Dental Education reserves the right to cancel any course at any time. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to each participant. Reimbursement will not be provided for any other expenses associated with registration. Costs incurred for travel and hotel accommodations remain the responsibility of each participant. Participants who cancel more than60 days prior to the course start date will receive a full refund. Participants who cancel less than 60 days but more than 30 days prior to the course start date are entitled to a refund minus an administrative fee of $100 for courses with tuition of more than $1000 or $50 for courses with tuition less than $1000. Participants who cancel less than 30 days prior to the course start date are not entitled to a refund. All course cancellation requests must be sent in writing to courses@genesiseducation.ca.
