Multidisciplinary Approach to Implant Prosthodontics
A comprehensive prosthodontic training program for the successful and predictable restoration of dental implants.
Successful implant therapy involves a delicate balance between soft tissue, hard tissue, and an aesthetic and functional prosthetic component. This course will look at each of the following aspects for the provision of dental implants for your patients from the unique perspectives of periodontics, oral surgery and prosthodontics. This course includes traditional lectures covering the didactic materials, as well as a treatment planning session. The course hours include 35 hours of prosthetic instruction and 14 hours of surgical instruction.

This course meets the minimal initial education requirements of the RCDSO for dentists who limit their practice to the prosthetic phase only of dental implant treatment.
